The 125 training hour diploma and certification program earns you 125 hours for use to apply to the ICF for your PCC or MCC status.

The total training time for this program is 8 months to 1 year.
Upon completion of all three programs you will have earned multiple certifications, designations and a diploma. This program also includes international accrediting (MCC status for the International Coaching Bureau) for the graduate.
No experience is necessary for this program you will learn everything you need about coaching, coach training and rising to the top of the coaching profession.
This program requires that you attend a class once per week (we have several times available).
The average work load for this program (outside of two hours of class time per week) is as follows:
- Meeting by phone, Skype or email at least once per week with your accountability partner that you will be paired with- 30 minutes approximately
- Reading of notes and additional resources- 1 hour per week
- Completion of reflection, coaching or business building assignments- 1-2 hours per week
Through the diploma program you are also able to gain hours and clients necessary for practice and to use to apply to the ICF, if you decide to pursue that route.
This program is the most comprehensive coaching program available.
It teaches ICF core competencies and certified you as a coach, master certified coach and coach trainer.
